Substitute healthy wild venison for other meats in your favourite recipes or try some of the ideas below.
Versatile sirloin is beautifully tender and can be pan seared and roasted as a piece, cut into medallion steaks, cut chunks for kebabs or thinly sliced for a fabulous stir-fry. It also makes a fabulous Venison Wellington, give it all a go – you won’t be disappointed.

EasiFreeze ice packs by ‘Hydropac. Specially designed for frozen goods transport. For disposal, flush the food safe contents down the sink with water and recycle the empty pack at locations accepting 4LDPE plastics like supermarket carrier bag drop off points. (Hydropac)

- We will not refund or replace order if delivery attempt fails because no one was present to sign for delivery.
- If no-one will be home, please change the delivery address to where someone will be able to sign for the parcel. We suggest your work, a friend or neighbour.
Cut off time for placing your order for the Monday despatch is 12.00 midnight on Saturday – orders placed after this time will be despatched the following week.
