Off the bone and ready for the oven, our haunch roast is easy to cook and carve. For something different, take off the bands, open it out and butterfly it so that it makes a flat piece. Marinade for flavour and tenderness, and roast hot and fast or pop on a barbecue.
Our premium quality diced venison is perfect for slow cooking from curry to bourguignon style.
Our lean and healthy mince is so versatile and you are only limited by your imagination, fantastic in cottage pie, koftas, Korean style, chilli, pasties, lasagne, moussaka and much more.
Stir Fry strips cut from the haunch, marinade for 30 minutes or even overnight, cook off hot and quick. Simply add to your favourite stir fried veggies for a healthy and flavour packed dinner.
For those busy days when you just need to take the pressure off, our meatballs are oven ready, succulent and bursting with flavour – choose between chilli and garlic or fennel and oregano.
Seasoned with our own herb and paprika mix our super 6oz burgers are a winner on the grill or barbecue. Perfect with salads in the summer or go full on and get some chips in the oven too.
Our Cumberland style Forester Sausage is mighty! With big gains for little effort, just pop the coil into the oven to roast and if your feeling indulgent whip up some Yorkshire puddings to accompany.

- We will not refund or replace order if delivery attempt fails because no one was present to sign for delivery.
- If no-one will be home, please change the delivery address to where someone will be able to sign for the parcel. We suggest your work, a friend or neighbour.
Cut off time for placing your order for the Monday despatch is 12.00 midnight on Saturday – orders placed after this time will be despatched the following week.
